This policy explains what information PlantBlink collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order.

What we collect

• Order & delivery details — your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode and (optionally) email, provided at checkout.
• Order history — the items, quantities and status of orders you place.
• Technical data — a session cookie that keeps your cart and admin sign-in working, and a first-party analytics cookie (a random id) that lets us count visits and improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To respond to support requests and improve our service.

Sharing

We share your details only with our delivery staff to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use two first-party cookies: a strictly-necessary session cookie (cart & admin sign-in) and an analytics cookie holding a random visitor id so we can measure traffic. Both are HTTP-only and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention & your rights
