Welcome to PlantBlink. By browsing this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop. PlantBlink ("we", "us") sells plants, soil mixes and plant-care products for delivery within Gurgaon.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but an item may sell out or be mispriced; if so, we may cancel the affected order and will not charge you for it.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within Gurgaon (pincodes beginning with 122). Same-day delivery is offered where available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with weather, traffic and plant availability.

Payment

Orders are currently fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis — you pay the delivery rider when your plants arrive. Online payment options may be added later.

Living plants

Plants are living things and natural variation in size, shape and colour is expected; the photographs on the site are representative. Care guidance is provided in good faith but outcomes depend on your home conditions and care.

Returns & replacements

If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We cannot accept returns of healthy plants once delivered.

Community

Our WhatsApp community is a space for plant parents to share advice. Be respectful; we may remove members who spam or harass others.
